How to Submit a Loan to Perci

  1. Click here to Sign In.
  2. Click on the Loan Pipeline tab.
  3. Click on the button on the bottom right of the screen.
  4. Fill in the Important Contacts section.
    1. NOTE: If the Borrower, Co-borrower or Escrow/Title contact is not already in the system, you will need to create it.
    2. Click the + Add New button
    3. Fill out the contact information, and click Submit.
    4. NOTE: For borrower(s), select the Type of Contact as "Borrower". For Settlement Agent contacts, select it as "Settlement Agent".
  5. Fill in the Vitals section.
  6. Fill in the Loan Summary.
  7. Fill in the Subject Property.
  8. Fill in the Critical Dates.
  9. Fill in the Lock Information.
  10. Click Submit.
  11. Once the file is submitted, please ensure the documents are uploaded to your LOS or Document Hub. For security purposes, we will not accept nor request documentation or other client needs via email or text.
In order for us to be begin processing the file, please make sure you upload at least the initial needs list. We may reach out to your for more documentation once the file is submitted to Setup.
